At Appearances Hair Color & Design Studio in Westminster, CO, we value every guest's appointment time. To provide exceptional service and accommodate all of our clients, we ask that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Scheduled appointments are reserved specifically for you and for the professional hairstylist providing your service. Late cancellations and missed appointments make it difficult to offer those appointment times to guests on our waiting list.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.
• Guests who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmations are sent by email, text message, or phone call at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit. While reminders are provided, guests remain responsible for remembering their appointment time.
